$STOCKED is not an investment product and carries substantial risk of loss. Backing value is a measurement of the stocks currently held in the reserve, not a guarantee, a redemption promise or a price floor enforced by any market.
Risks
- Market price may fall, including below the calculated backing value, and may stay there.
- Redemption depends on protocol rules and the eligible stocks actually held at execution time.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible; redeemed SOL cannot be reversed or re-claimed.
- Smart contracts and on-chain programs carry technical risk, including undiscovered bugs.
- The program has not been independently audited.
- Tokenized equity prices can fall, so the value of the reserve and the backing per token can fall with them.
- Trading volume drives fee inflow; if volume declines, the reserve stops growing.
- Third-party trading and fee infrastructure on Solana may change, reducing or halting fee inflow.
- RPC and indexing services can fail or return stale data.
- Regulatory treatment of tokens varies by jurisdiction and may change.
