Protocol mathematics
Formal notation for the 15-stock reserve: how live holdings become pool value, how ownership share is derived, and how proportional basket claims are accounted for.
Definitions
B = total USD value of all 15 stock holdings S = circulating $STOCKED supply H = holder's $STOCKED balance P = B / S backed dollar value per token O = H / S ownership share Rᵢ = O × Bᵢ proportional quantity of stock i
Post-redemption state
E = wallet's eligible balance (verified purchases only) D = wallet's cumulative value already claimed gross claim G = E × B / S available claim A = max(0, G − D) daily maximum M = A × 10% After a basket claim worth x: B' = B − x S' = S (no tokens are burned) D' = D + x (permanent, never reset)
Numerical examples
Pool: $250,000 across 15 stocks S = 1,000,000,000, E = 10,000,000 → O = 1% gross claim = 1% × $250,000 = $2,500 in stocks already claimed= $500 → available = $2,000 daily maximum = 10% × $2,000 = $200 in stocks
The actual redemption amount uses the protocol's exact execution-time accounting, including any applicable fees, rounding rules and constraints. Interface values are estimates.
